Job Scale: Up to M5. Location: Faisalabad. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate/commercial/SME banking, credit insurance, financial institutions, or trade finance department of a bank, with proven relationship management, leadership, and team management skills.
• The person will help senior management and RBM create business programs, credit applications, credit due diligence reports, business plans, transaction pipelines, and revenue targets for the assigned accounts.
• Provide direct support to consumers, thereby guaranteeing a smooth transaction process, proactively addressing customer concerns, etc.
• Market Bank’s funded and unfunded products (Credit Insurance, Guarantees, Lending Solutions, etc.) in line with the allocated budget and EXIM Bank’s risk appetite and mission.
• Assist top management in nurturing current connections and building fresh ones.
• Supervising and conducting risk assessments, financial modelling, trade finance structuring, and due diligence. • Show knowledge of Trade Finance and Credit Risk Management and complete transactions with little supervision. • Along with trade finance, lending, credit insurance legislation, and international commerce experience, communication and stakeholder management ability is necessary.
• Will be in charge of reaching the given goals. Any other duties as line management appoints. Core Competencies
• The ideal candidate should have a thorough awareness of the Trade Finance scene, established relationships in the allocated geographic region or sector, knowledge of International Trade (UCP 600 & URDG), SBP’s Prudential Regulations, credit insurance policies and framework, etc.
• Strong analytical ability; familiarity in creating premium financial models. Good computer skills and an automation bent; ability to operate autonomously (and as a team member) with a focus on the client and outcomes.
• A fantastic team player who welcomes difficulties.
• At least 16 years of schooling, with a concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or any other Business-related discipline from a prominent local or foreign institution recognised by Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.).
